Hubert Schanne named as Chief Executive Officer, PacketFront

London – February 12th 2009 – Renovata Partners, the leading technology focused executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hubert Schanne as Chief Executive Officer of PacketFront (www.PacketFront.com), the leading European supplier of fiber-to-the-home solutions for the telecommunications industry. Hubert brings to PacketFront more than 20 years experience within the Telecoms industry. Most recently he held the role of VP EMEA for ADC Telecommunications.

Hubert is a native Canadian who has lived in Canada, UK, Germany and Austria. His early career includes 13 years at Nortel Networks where he managed a diverse range of functional lines including product, services and business development, and regional GM roles - his final position was the VP and MD for Central & Eastern Europe, based in Austria. Hubert joined ADC Telecommunications in 2002 as the VP EMEA Sales before promotion to lead International Sales across EMEA, Latin America and Asia in 2003. In 2004 he was promoted to the role of VP EMEA including responsibility for the recently acquired Krone division, a then leading supplier of copper and fiber-based connectivity solutions and cabling products used in public access and enterprise networks.

Hubert holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
