Renovata Partners was founded by the nucleus of the team that built Renoir Partners (subsequently renamed Renoir Christian Timbers) into one of the leading technology search boutiques in Europe. The team came together during the Post-2000-Bubble and have worked together for over 5 years. During this time we discovered the obvious and key ingredients that make a successful search firm - successful searches, and satisfied clients and candidates. We have distilled and embedded this learning into our approach to clients, candidates and our search process.
Our goal is to develop long-term sustainable relationships with each of our clients and candidates, and become their trusted advisor.
